The usage of PictureEcho (website & software) is governed by a relation of trust and mutual benefit between the user and Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. This relationship is governed by the following principles:

The trial version of PictureEcho provides limited functionality only. You can use it to launch the scan and identify any duplicate/ similar images and take your desired course-of-action for 10 groups of images. To unlock this functionality without any kind of limitations, you need to purchase a license key.
PictureEcho, the software, it's setup file, documentation, supporting videos and any other accompanying files are licensed to the user and not sold, as dictated by the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd does not grant an unlimited license to it's users Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd retains all copyrights, trademarks and any legal ownership of the software and all of it's components
Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd occasionally rolls out software updates and/ or upgrades. Installing these might mean the you user will have to agree to a separate/ supplementary license, which might totally overturn the current EULA The user promises to never attempt to modify, edit, publish, print, compile, distribute, disassemble, reverse engineer or reproduce the software and/ or any of the files that accompany it without the express written permission of Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd
The user acknowledges that some operating systems, operating system updates, antivirus solutions, antivirus solution updates might affect the proper functioning of PictureEcho. Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any of the events arising out of any of the eventualities mentioned above The user promises to never attempt to publish or distribute the license keys of PictureEcho via the Internet or otherwise. Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to revoke the license of any such user and file a complaint in a court of law in case of such an eventuality
The user promises not to exceed the limit agreed upon in the license for the number of computer systems this software will be installed on. The company reserves the right to suspend/ revoke the license if a user installs PictureEcho on more than the agreed number of computer systems or to an extent not permitted in the license The user must agree that periodically, PictureEcho will gather usage information, hardware and software performance information, the license key, system logs for product diagnostics or improvement purposes The user must never attempt to transit a file infected with a virus/ spyware and also never attempt to clog the network capacity of Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd’s website and their servers
Under no circumstances shall Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd be held liable for any loss (monetary or otherwise) and data corruption that arises due to improper handling of PictureEcho or due to overlooking the instructions provided in the the support documentation and any support emails The user will not be liable to get a refund of the fee they paid for the license(s) once the refund period has expired
Under no circumstances whatsoever, the user will be liable to get a refund of the license fee if they purchased the software from unauthorized, illegal and pirated websites/ sellers
Under no circumstances whatsoever, shall Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd be held liable for any loss (monetary or in kind), data loss, business loss, loss of profit, damage to the operating system (or its components), any third-party software installed on the computer and/ or any critical file stored on the computer system, to the extent that is not prohibited by the concerning law
