    Doing most work manually sounds old-school and monotonous now. In today\u2019s digital age, efficient tools like <\/span>Easy File Renamer<\/b>, make such tasks quite simple. This user-friendly yet powerful tool does not require any technical knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Download and install <\/span>Easy File Renamer<\/b> from its official <\/span>website<\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Execute the setup file to launch the installation wizard and then launch the program once the setup has been successfully concluded.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Once the program launches, look for the <\/span>Add Files<\/b> button in the <\/span>System Renamer<\/b> tab.

    6. A new box will appear where you will have to select whether you want to increment your file titles on the basis of names or extensions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. You might have to fill in the textbox (depending on the rules you choose), and then click the Add<\/span> Rule<\/b> to select the rule for application with its current settings.<\/span>
      \n<\/span>For example, if you added 2 songs and then selected <\/span>New Name<\/b> (following by any title of your choice like <\/span>Song<\/b>), followed by Name (for incrementing), the new names of your files will be <\/span>Song_1<\/b> and <\/span>Song_2<\/b>. The new names will appear in the column titled <\/span>Item New Name<\/b> next to old file names.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Right below the <\/span>Select Rule<\/b> drop-down menu, the <\/span>Applied Rules<\/b> section will be located. This section will contain all the rules you have selected to be applied. In case you want to remove any rule, you can easily do so by clicking the red cross in front of that particular rule.
