You can access your data across devices simply by entering the correct login credentials.   3. Click that arrow to open the drag down options and you will see various filters to search such as <\/span>Type<\/b>, <\/span>Owner<\/b>, <\/span>Location<\/b> and so on. In order to find <\/span>Zip<\/b> files, you need to select <\/span>Archive (zip) <\/b>in the <\/span>Type<\/b> drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. After that just click the <\/span>Search<\/b> button and a list of all the <\/span>Zip<\/b> files stored on your <\/span>Google Drive<\/b> will be fetched.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Now click on a file and select the <\/span>View details <\/b>option (see the icon below).

  6. Once you click that, select the <\/span>Details<\/b> tab in the menu that opens.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Now note the values displayed for <\/span>Size<\/b> and <\/span>Storage used<\/b>. If the value for the latter is the same as the former, it means there are no duplicates present of this particular <\/span>Zip<\/b> file on your <\/span>Google Drive<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. However, if the <\/span>Storage used<\/b> field displays a different value, it means there are duplicates indeed.

  10. The next window that opens up will bring up all the versions of that particular <\/span>Zip<\/b> file. Now you can easily choose which one you want to retain and delete all the remaining ones.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
